RECIPE: Vegetable Salad, native potatoes and Quinoa

We continue to innovate with new varieties of salad that can be prepared with our quinoa and other vegetables on hand.

Here we accompany a new recipe for the delight of our customers and followers.

Salad QUINOA

 

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup cooked Quinoa

  • 8 lettuce leaves.

  • 2 boiled eggs

  • 1 carrot small

  • 100 gr. of peas

  • 100 gr of green beans

  • 100 gr.  cooked corn

  • 6 native potato small.

  • 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Cook in boiling water Quinoa prewashed for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain, let cool and reserve.

In a small saucepan, boil the potatoes until this about, peel and let cool. In a pot of boiling water cook all the other vegetables until you find the doneness about 5 minutes. Strain and cool in pan with ice water.

In a bowl place the vegetables and season to taste, add lemon juice and serve on plates with lettuce leaves first and accompanied by boiled potatoes native. Finally add the quinoa in the center of the dish and add the cooked eggs at their discretion.

Quinoa Sufflé

 

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of cooked quinoa

  • 1 can evaporated milk

  • 6 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 150 gr grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp. thyme

  • 1/4 lt. whipping cream

  • Garlic, salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Cook the quinoa in water to cover for 20 minutes.
2. Make white sauce by frying flour in butter until bubbly, add the seasonings and milk.
3. Beat the egg yolks and mix with hot sauce, put it all together and add the cream and cheese (100 gr). When cool, add the egg whites to soft peaks.
4. Place in a baking dish (preferably) or greased and floured. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese. Put in the oven at 180 ° C for 1/2 hour.

Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa

Preparation:

For 2 people:

  • Cherry tomatoes.
  • Burgos cheese or Philadelphia.
  • Pomegranate.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice.
  • Spices to taste.

Instructions:

Quinoa is a pseudocereal and a great source of minerals and proteins. It is a very complete and easy to digest food, and caters for celiacs. You can choose as a starter, as a side dish or even as a main ingredient for desserts.
To prepare this recipe wash the quinoa for a few minutes before boiling to remove the bitter taste that has this cereal.
We boil the quinoa adding 3 cups of water simmer for 20 minutes. Then let cool.
Cut the cherry tomatoes, cheese and took Granada beads and add it to the quinoa.
Mix the juice of half a lemon with extra virgin olive oil and spices we choose and add to the dish when serving.

Quinoa burger

Ingredients:

  • – ½ k (1.2 lb) of quinoa, soaked in water from the previous day
  • 4 eggs
  • – 1 cup flour
  • – 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • – 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
  • – Ground pepper, to taste
  • – 2 tablespoons oil, approximately
  • – 12 slices of edam cheese or the like
  • – Hot dog sausages, thinly sliced
  • – 50 g 1 ¾ oz black olives, seeded, cut into strips
  • – 1 pepper, seeded and deveined, cut into thin strips
  • – Salt
  • – Oregano, powder
  • – Aji no moto
  • – Pepper

Preparation:

Drain well and dry quinoa. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the onion. Let cook until it becomes soft, add the garlic and chili pepper. Add the quinoa and cook, stirring, until cooked.

Then go all through a strainer into a container and mix with eggs, lightly beaten. Add the amount of flour needed to form a thick dough. Form, with this mixture burgers.

Ingredients

Preparation

Ingredients:

1 ¾ cup quinoa.
½ kg anchovy.
¼ cup vegetable oil.
½ pcs. medium onion.
½ pcs. medium tomato.
2 thin slices of cheese.
1 pc of medium potato.
¼ cup of flour.
1 piece of lemon.
¼ cup bread crumbs.
½ cup peas.
Garlic, chili pepper, pepper, iodized salt, cilantro.

Preparation:

1. Rinse quinoa well and cook
2. Make a dressing with onions, garlic and chili pepper until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped tomatoes and cook.
3. Pour dressing and potatoes chopped into pieces quinoa, stir and let it take point.
4. Remove from heat and pour the chopped cheese.
5. Bathe anchovies with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, pass flour and breadcrumbs. Fry in oil over low heat.
6. Serve quinoa with pieces of fried anchovies with peas and add chopped cilantro.

New highly nutritious quinoa recipe !!!

INGREDIENTS

2 ½ cup quinoa.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon oil.
½ kg beef.
1 medium onion.
1 tablespoon red pepper sauce.
2 eggs and 2 tablespoons raisins.
8 olives and parsley leaves.
2 tomatoes, 1 lemon.
Salt.

PREPARATION

Parboiled quinoa. Prepare a dressing with oil and crushed garlic. When browned add the boiled quinoa, water and salt. Cook for ten minutes.

Let stand. Fry the garlic, crushed chili pepper, onion and ground beef cubes.

Add water as you have little juice added raisins, olives and parsley.

Simmer ten minutes. To serve a mold coated with oil, half filled with quinoa, place the filling and cover with quinoa, press well and unmold. Serve.
