Hundreds of years ago, the Inka applied organizational processes to improve their development and welfare in the maintenance of hierarchies. For example, they had the minka activity, community work and social construction applied in public spaces, on behalf of the people, as they work in community to make a crop of potatoes, grains, herbs and other agricultural products.

These latest works are usually developed on plataforms built on the slopes of the hills and mountains that are mainly found along the highlands of Peru. And it is there where Inka Millenium products are grown and harvested, at altitudes above 3000 m, largely protected from the contamination of lands and pests due to the great heigh. Products such as Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) Kiwicha (Amaranthus caudatus ) and Cañihua (Chenopodium pallidicaule) are cultivated and consumed for more than 15,000 years.
